Handcrafted earthenware plate. The characteristic white brush strokes have been given on the ‘raw’ object with the engobe technique. After being bisque fired, it has been dipped into a lead-free glass coating and then fired again.
Each piece is unique and may differ slightly in size. The products may show slight variations from the pictures or reveal small imperfections as they are the result of complex craftsmanship.
The plate can contain food, dishwasher-safe.
Ceramicah is a project by Sarah Richiuso, a designer living in Milan. She has always been fascinated by matter and colours, and over the years she has approached the world of ceramics in particular.
Continuous experimentation and research into the beauty of shapes and colours is therefore encapsulated in the essence of Ceramicah and the unique pieces she creates.
